Roadvo Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing every customer with a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased automotive parts and accessories, we offer flexible return services.
1. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us via the following methods to start the return process:

Important Notice: Items returned without prior authorization cannot be processed for a refund.
2. Order Cancellation Rules
We apologize, but orders confirmed on www.roadvo.com cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted.
- In-stock items: Typically shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Pre-order items: Shipped according to the estimated timeframe shown on the product page
3. Returns for Non-Quality Issues
3.1 New & Unused Items
- Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund, customer bears return shipping fees (see shipping fee standards)
- Within 15-30 days of receipt: Full refund, customer bears return shipping fees, plus a 15% restocking fee based on the order amount
3.2 Used Items
- Within 30 days of receipt: Returns accepted if usage conditions are met, customer bears return shipping fees
- After 30 days of receipt: Returns are not accepted
4. Returns for Quality Issues

Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund with return shipping fees covered by us, or free replacement with an equivalent product (all related costs borne by us)
Note: Our technical team will conduct a strict inspection of quality issues. If the item has no quality defects and damage is man-made, relevant fees will still apply. - Within 15-30 days of receipt: Handled on a case-by-case basis, partial return shipping fees may apply. Please contact our customer service team for specific arrangements
- After 30 days of receipt: Corresponding warranty service will be provided, and defective parts may be replaced free of charge
Friendly Reminder: For minor cosmetic issues that do not affect safety (e.g., sticker peeling, minor scratches), you can contact customer service for appropriate compensation without returning the item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of products are not eligible for return:
- Liquid products: Motor oil, brake fluid, coolant, etc.
- Electronic components: ECUs, sensors, etc. (for safety reasons)
- Custom items: Specially customized parts
- Gift cards: All gift card purchases are final and non-returnable
- Installation services: Labor costs are non-refundable
- Used filters: Air filters, oil filters, etc.
6. Return Shipping Fee Standards
For non-quality related returns:
Within 14 days of receipt: Customer pays return shipping fee
- Accessories: $10
- Electric Scooter: $100
- Folding Electric Bike: $200
- Fat Tire Ebike: $300
Within 15–30 days of receipt: Customer pays return shipping fee + 15% restocking fee
- Accessories: $10
- Electric Scooter: $100

- Fat Tire Ebike: $300
7. Refund Processing Rules
- Orders with discount codes: The corresponding discount amount will be deducted from the refund
- Processing time: Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items
- Refund method: Refunds will be returned to your original payment account
8. Official Return Process
- Contact customer service: Apply for return authorization via email or phone
- Obtain authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item: Use the original packaging and include the RMA number inside
- Ship the item back: Use the return label provided by us
- Track the return: Check the status of the returned item using the tracking number
9. Warranty vs. Returns
- Defective items: If you receive a defective product, it may fall under the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us first to confirm the optimal solution

10. Scope of Application
This return and refund policy only applies to products purchased through the official Roadvo website (www.roadvo.com). Products purchased through other channels (Amazon, offline dealers, etc.) are subject to the return policies of the respective platforms/merchants.
