1. 30-Day Free Return & Exchange

Within 30 days of the purchase date, you may return or exchange the product for any reason. We will provide a full refund or replacement upon request.

2. 1-Year Full Warranty

This warranty begins on the date of purchase and covers all parts and labor required to repair or replace any defects in materials or workmanship.

During the 1-year warranty period, ROADVO will:

  • Repair the defective product
  • Replace it with a new unit
  • Refund the purchase price (only if repair or replacement is not possible)

Warranty Exclusions

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, mishandling, accidents, or failure to follow operating instructions
  • Liquid exposure or foreign particle infiltration
  • Unauthorized servicing or modifications (not performed by ROADVO)

Warranty Validity Conditions

  • The product must be used, installed, and maintained according to the official user guide
